I ‘m currently recruiting for a Junior Planner on behalf of my client a Multi-Disciplinary Main Contractors based in the Wakefield area that excels in the delivery of construction and civil engineering projects on a national scale .
The successful candidate will be responsible for a varied workload of tender and live projects

Responsibilities:
• Understand and implement the planning responsibilities documents.
• Practice best practice and innovation
• Assist the project team to timely deliver projects and improve performance.
• Ensure compliance.
• Assist the in the capture and integration of current and forecast programme, budget, cost and risk at asset and sub -asset level.
• Collaborative working

The ideal candidate for the role will have the below.
• P6 software experience
• Highways experience
• Computer literacy
• Microsoft Project
• Word/Excel
• Reporting writing skills
• Presentation skills
• Attention to details.
• A high-level understanding of the construction market, methods of construction
Competitive salary range between £30 -35K plus benefits this will be based on experience
