An interesting and unique opportunity has become available for an Architectural Technician to join a close-knit Design & Project Management team who specialise in designing disability homes and adaptations, in Crewe.

The successful Architectural Technician can expect flexible home working available if required. The main responsibility within the role is designing inclusive adaptations, expansions and new construction projects. The high-quality detailed drawings will be designed on Revit. Continuous training and support opportunities are available.

Requirements:

- Proficient on Revit
- Architectural qualification (Degree, HNC, etc)
- Knowledge of UK Planning & Building Regulations
