Anderselite are currently assisting with an opportunity to join a leading architectural practice in Newport. Due to continued growth the client is looking for a Senior Architect/ Technician with strong Job Running skills to join a successful and professional team .
The client prides themselves on being highly passionate and tailoring architectural solutions for clients. The team has a high level of experience working on a wide range of projects including high-end residential and housing design.
They are looking for an ambitious senior architect/ architectural technician with strong job running abilities to join them. This is a role that will require an in-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, and the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously. You will take a lead role in providing professional advice to customers and be confident in being responsible for the delivery of undertaking surveys, producing design solution, developing tender documents and managing contractors on site.

Skills & experience Desired: -
- Have a Degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture or equivalent
- Possess a minimum of 5 years' professional experience
- Accreditation with CIAT or RIBA/RIAS
- Strong Job running ability
- Be AutoCAD literate, Sketchup, Photoshop and Revit experience is advantageous
- Have good project management and organisation skills - ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from RIBA stage 0-7
