The Role.
To lead the investment planning division
Provide analysis and reports senior stake holders
Provide scheme development outcome and priority setting
Strong understanding of Risk
Develop proposals for investment in Rail.

About you
You will have:
A degree and/or equivalent experience
Professional qualification in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Business Administration or a commercial discipline.
Experience of working on complex large scale projects and programmes.
Experience of developing securing and developing budgets.
