What you’ll be doing:
As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales team and looking after our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming sales enquiries by phone and email, and turning them into confirmed orders.

  • Providing excellent customer service with a professional and friendly approach.

  • Understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.

  • Building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.


Essentials:

  • Previous customer service and sales experience

  • Office inaccessible to public transport so must be able to drive in


Desirable traits:

  • Experience using SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.

  • Confidence working with numbers and analysing information.
