They are looking for an individual with proficiency in AutoCAD and a good level of understanding of building regulations and codes of practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for design, spatial planning and full drawing preparation for a variety of projects, working as part of a team reporting to a job runner whilst being expected to work independently.
