Property Surveyor - London or Birmingham

Anderselite are currently recruiting for a Property Surveyor for a contract opportunity with a leading real estate services firm to be based in London or Birmingham. In this role, the Property Surveyor will work with others to deliver a leading property and asset management service across a portfolio of retail properties / centres office and industrial units.

For this role, we are looking for someone who has UK commercial property management experience with a practical understanding of the day-to-day requirements of the role. You will need to be customer service driven with strong and effective communication skills to be able to liaise with your client’s professional teams and forge strong and effective relationships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to join a market leading team working on mixed property types in an exciting and varied role. Flexible and hybrid working arrangements are possible and whilst initially for 3-6 months, there is potential for future contract extensions or permanent opportunities to arise.
