About The Role:


Our Client is looking to strengthen thier Digital Delivery team with an Information Manager based at their office in Maple Lodge.

You will report directly to the Regional Digital Delivery Lead and your role will manage the information requirements, and support project teams’ understanding, of projects in accordance with ISO 19650.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with client’s requirements and maintain Project BEPs and MIDPs as per ISO 19650.
  • Manage asset information throughout project lifecycle, including the master asset data register and data handover processes.
  • Foster relationships with client IMs and engage with clients and suppliers to refine Information Management requirements.
  • Assist in the development and upskilling of supply chain partners and ensure adherence to the Project BEP.
  • Facilitate effective data exchange among project stakeholders and provide IM technical support.
  • Oversee project compliance with Client stage gate processes and maintain a system of reports to monitor IM success.
  • Support Quality Assurance in conducting audits on information delivery and assist in managing the Common Data Environment (CDE).
  • Coordinate information management best practices within projects and contribute to continuous improvement.

About the Candidate:

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Project Information Manager in large-scale projects or frameworks.
  • Proficiency in managing Common Data Environments such as ProjectWise, BIM360, or similar.
  • Familiarity with 3D review tools (e.g., Autodesk Navisworks) is desirable.

Qualifications:

  • A postgraduate qualification in information management is desirable.
  • Membership in a professional institution and individual BIM certification (e.g., ISO19650).

Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of BIM and Information Management processes according to ISO 19650.
  • Knowledge in engineering design, delivery, and construction, preferably in Water or Utilities.
  • Excellent engagement skills across all staff levels, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
