About the Role:
Lead the charge in managing project documents, drawings, and reports for crucial rail infrastructure projects. Collaborate seamlessly with Network Rail and supply chain partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive efficient information management processes, ensuring compliance with Network Rail and BIM standards.
Manage the Common Data Environment for streamlined processes.
Uphold best practices for user management.
Provide guidance to Document Controllers and conduct training sessions.
Coordinate project documentation distribution and tracking.
Administer SharePoint for internal and external collaboration.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to decision-making with accurate project information.

Key Deliverables:
Timely distribution of project information.
Maintenance of Framework SharePoint and templates.
Oversight of ProjectWise users, access, and training.
Accountability for the BIM Execution Plan.
Ownership of Network Rail laptop usage.
Audits on information control and compliance.
Consistent adherence to industry standards.
Quality assurance checks on incoming documents.
Capture and share lessons learned.

Experience and Knowledge:

Essential:
Expertise in information management and document control processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft products and SharePoint.
Competence in Bentley ProjectWise and Synchro.

Desirable:
Experience in Power BI, Power Automate, and PowerApps.
General knowledge of rail infrastructure and large-scale projects.
