Anderselite are recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator for a national construction company in their offices in Watford. The role will initially be a 1 month contract but due to increased workload, there is potential for the contract to be extended.
Duties of the role:
- Transfer of paper records of employee files to an electronic software database.
- 7000+ documents to be loaded into this system
- Document filling
- Telephone answering and directing
- General administration duties
The ideal candidate:
- Basic experience within a HR environment desirable
- Experience of document filing (both physical and electronic)
- General experience and competence with Microsoft Office
Working hours 08:45 - 17:00 (45 minute unpaid lunch break)
