Working on behalf of a large construction company in their FM division, they are recruiting for a Helpdesk Operative for an initial 3 month contract in the South of London.
Duties:
- Experience using Maximo (ideally) but Concept and VNexus will also be accepted
- Typical helpdesk duties to include the raising of roles
- Following up on outstanding jobs with subcontractors and engineers
- Ensuring SLAs are met
- Directing calls appropriately
- Other administrative duties as directed by the management
The candidate:
- Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate
- 40 hours per week - 08:00 - 17:00
- Proficient with MS Office
- Professional environment
- Rate advertised is PAYE
