-Must have FM experience/background
-3 month contract
-Experience using a reasonable CAFM system, ideally Maximo, or similar, such as Concept
-Demonstration of a reliable character via jobs held for a respectable period of time.
-Must have experience using excel, word, data entry and administration
- Willingness to learn and show commitment to the job.
