Working on behalf of a large construction company in their FM division, they are recruiting for 2 x Helpdesk Administrators for an initial 6 month contract in East London.
Duties:
- Experience using V-Nexus, Concept and Maximo
- Typical helpdesk duties to include the raising of roles
- Following up on outstanding jobs with subcontractors and engineers
- Ensuring SLAs are met
- Directing calls appropriately
- Other administrative duties as directed by the management
The Role
- Ongoing long term opportunity for the right candidate
- 40 hours per week, 0800 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00 Mon - Friday with a 1 hour lunch
- Proficient with MS Office
- Professional environment
- Rate advertised is PAYE
