Helpdesk Administrator - 3 months (initial contract)
Duties:
- Liaising with various members of the team from Sub-contractors to service managers
- Ensuring customer service is maintained
- Dealing and solving with customer queries
- Monitoring SLA requirements
- Systems: CAFM and V-Nexus Systems
The candidate:
- Previous Helpdesk experience is essential
- Working Hours 08:00 - 17:00
- 30 minute lunch break
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs including Excel
- Previous experience in a fast paced environment
- £10.00 to £10.50 per hour - PAYE rate
