Job Title: Helpdesk Administrator

Rate: £13.00 to £13.50 per hour
Role Overview:
The Administration Operative plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the Estates Management department. This includes maintaining record-keeping systems, handling incoming mail and calls, assisting with various types of correspondence, and updating the site CAFM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update record-keeping and computerised systems.
- Handle all incoming communications and relay information as necessary.
- Support the Estates Manager and Operations Manager in preparing documents and correspondence.
- Promote customer service excellence internally and externally.
- Perform additional tasks as required by management.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a busy office environment.
- Previous customer service experience, with a professional and supportive approach.
- Good knowledge of computers and software applications.
- Ability to maintain accurate data records.
- Excellent communication skills.
