Health and Safety Administrator

Are you an accomplished and well-rounded administrator, with experience working in Health and Safety and in the Construction industry?
This exciting opportunity is to work with a large construction compnay that build fantastic education buildings for a large University client.
The successful person will be required to directly support the Health and Safety Manager with executing Health and Safety measures across the company nd their construction sites.
Key responsibilities
• Provide effective assistance to the Health and Safety Manager
• Ensure all Health and Safety is implemented correctly across the site teams
• Ensure that the Health and Safety portal is regularly updated with the relevant risks logged
• In alignment with the companies policies, ensure any concerns are forwarded to Senior leadership team.
• Assist with the implementation of an internal programme to monitor all internal and external Health and Safety performance
• Support the HSQE Manager
• Maintain compliance records in line with regulations
• Support with the overall monitoring of Health and Safety training programmes for all employees
• Maintain accurate Health and Safety records and data
• Organise any equipment inspections, and permits, licenses, and certifications as needed
• Liaise with different departments to ensure that theyre compliant with regulations and best practice
Key skills:
• Have awareness of Health and Safety legislation
• Be a professional and experienced administrator
• Be confident using Microsoft office programmes Excel, Word, etc.
• Accuracy skills, and a strong attention to detail
