Due to an increase in their current work load they are looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their current team based in Leeds.

You will be working with a dynamic team and involved in the following work:

Providing building surveying services of various kinds, including defect investigations, condition surveys, planned maintenance surveys and schedules of condition associated with party wall matters, dilapidations and insurance valuations.

Assisting and leading on the design of projects including a mixture of refurbishment and some new build projects.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have the following:

Degree qualified in Building Surveying

Have gained some previous experience as a Building Surveyor, a sandwich year would be fine.
