Our client is a national surveying and construction consultancy offering the highest quality of surveying services to their clients through out the UK.

Due to expansion and an increase in their current workload they are currently looking for a Graduate Building Surveying to join their current team based in Leeds.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and delivering both professional and project management services to their varied client base with an initial focus on carrying out a large and varied condition surveying program to a local Leeds based client.

Responsibilities:

• Taking and being responsible for instructions, from inception through to completion, reporting to a director
• Working as part of a regional and national team for the delivery of instructions, primarily to our corporate accounts
• Supporting Directors and Senior Surveyors with their current workload

Qualifications/Experience

• Degree in Building Surveying
• Full clean driving licence
• A minimum of 1 years previous experience (sandwich placement included)
