Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled General Foreman to oversee and lead construction and demolition projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are completed to the highest standards, on schedule, and in accordance with safety regulations Based in the North East.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily construction and demolition activities on-site.
Lead a team of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
Collaborate with project managers to optimize resources and schedules.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a General Foreman in the construction and demolition industry.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Thorough knowledge of construction and demolition techniques, materials, and equipment.
Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field.
