Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented General Administrator. This full-time position requires the candidate to work in the office, as the role is customer facing. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills and computer literacy, playing a vital role in the smooth operation of an office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing email correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- Use computer systems and software proficiently to enter data, create reports, and manage customer information.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.
- Support office staff and executives with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company and customer information.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office applications and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
