Vacancy- Gas plumber **ASAP** **Permeant**

Salary- £31,770-£36,000

Location- Leeds

Responsibilities:

• To correctly diagnose faulty appliances, systems, and controls, repairing or servicing them in the most efficient and cost-effective manner whilst demonstrating a client-driven repair service, meeting the Company’s aspirations and contractual responsibilities

• To maintain a thorough technical knowledge and understanding of Gas requirements, Regulations, Codes of Practice, and other relevant legislation with a demonstrable focus on personal safety and the safety of others. This knowledge is required to be able to conduct Gas work to deliver a service which meets all contractual requirements and industry standards. To work in compliance with instructions, detailed risk assessments and method statements.

Quals:

• Gas qualifications elements CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1, WAT1

• Full Current Driving Licence

• Experience of property repairs and maintenance work

• Experience in conducting relevant installations, repairs, and servicing in occupied and empty properties.
