- Conduct regular audits and address queries/complaints promptly.
- Innovate and enhance FoH service delivery.
- Manage recruitment, training, and performance of FoH staff.
- Ensure financial control and compliance with Health & Safety standards.

- Proven experience in hospitality/customer service.
- Strong leadership abilities across multi-site teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Financial acumen and commercial awareness.
- Flexibility to provide operational support when needed.
