Job Title:          Filing Administrator (Construction)
Location:         Annesley, Nottingham

Pay Rate:         £14.50 – £17.00 (Negotiable based on relevant experience)

Our client, a large Construction Contractor is Annesley, Nottingham is looking for an Administrator to work on 2-3 week contract, scanning paperwork and filing documents on an online system (Viewpoint).

The role will include going through a backlog of documentation to scan, file and organise documents digitally, inline with GDPR guidelines, which is expected to take circa 3 weeks.

The role will suit a methodical and organised individual with previous filing and I.T skills.

Due to the nature of works and documentation, this role will be office based and hybrid working is unfortunately not available with this role. Whilst our client operate within the construction sector, previous experience in construction is not required, however working in an office / construction office environment, would be preferred.  

Daily duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Sorting and filling back log of documentation.
  • Scanning documentation to create a digital file.
  • Logging files digitally using Viewpoint software. (For future Document Control).
  • Organising documentation in a methodical way.
  • Ensuring works adhere to GDPR guidelines (Assistance/Training available on this)
  • Working with and supporting the Operations Manager to ensure documents are filled correctly.

Candidates will ideally:

  • Have worked in a similar admin role in an office-based environment previously.
    • Working in the construction if preferable, but it not required for this role.
  • Have strong organisation and communication skills
  • Be I.T literate able to upload, log and sort documents using Viewpoint software (Document Control / Management I.T System)
