Anderselite are currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator on behalf of our Client in Newport.
Whilst managing assignments allocated in a professional manner, you will also be expected to
• Work with the manager to improve and meet operational needs when required
• Be proactive in managing Suppliers accounts to deliver
• Assisting in managing financial accounts and ensure budgeting requirement are met
• Adhere to commercial standards so accounts are not in financial risks
• Ensure compliance and standards are adhered to according to company policies
Requirements
• Experience in using CAFM system would be ideal
• A current DBS or able to pass a DBS check
• Administrative background

The role will be based in Newport, 40hrs a week (08:00 to 16.30 . This role can be paid PAYE at £11.05 or Umbrella £13.95
