We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Administrator for our client who is the world's largest commercial property services and investment company.
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordination of maintenance issues for the building either through the landlord or self-delivery
- Obtaining supplier quotes and uploading onto the internal system for client approval
- Maintaining the office stationery supply
- Spend tracking.
- Completing customer documentation for compliance purposes
- Liaising with cleaning and security teams to ensure smooth delivery of service
- Site inductions
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
• Excellent PC based skills, with experience in Word/Excel and Outlook – intermediate to advance level.
• 1-2years’ experience in a similar role.
• Good background with working with contractors in maintenance
