We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Administrator for our client who is the world's largest commercial property services and investment company.


  • Co-ordination of maintenance issues for the building either through the landlord or self-delivery
  • Obtaining supplier quotes and uploading onto the internal system for client approval
  • Maintaining the office stationery supply
  • Spend tracking.
  • Completing customer documentation for compliance purposes
  • Liaising with cleaning and security teams to ensure smooth delivery of service
  • Site inductions

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

• Excellent PC based skills, with experience in Word/Excel and Outlook – intermediate to advance level.

• 1-2years’ experience in a similar role.
• Good background with working with contractors in maintenance
