Key Responsibilities:

- Project Analysis: Analyse project plans, specifications, and scope to develop comprehensive understanding and accurate take-offs from provided drawings.
- Cost Estimation: Provide precise cost estimates for materials, labour, and other project-related expenses.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider team to understand all project requirements and ensure alignment.
- Material and Labour Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of required materials and labour to support cost estimates.
- Bid Preparation: Prepare detailed bids for potential projects, ensuring all costs and contingencies are accounted for.
- Contingency and Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate financial impacts.
- Cost Control: Liaise with site and office commercial teams to maintain control over project costs and ensure budget adherence.
- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and technical knowledge to support accurate and competitive estimates.
- Regular Updates: Provide the group with regular updates on estimated versus actual costs, ensuring transparency and accountability.

- Proven experience as an Estimator, particularly in brickwork and restoration projects.
- Strong ability to interpret drawings and understand take-offs.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
