Estimator – Refurbs – Rochdale – Permanent – Hybrid – Up to £65,000

My client is a major building and refurbishment contractor in Greater Manchester, their clients are predominantly in the social housing sector and involve Building safety projects

They are currently looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team in Rochdale on a permanent basis.

As the Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and submitting tenders and quotations for refurbishment projects. You will review project information and assess scope, risks, site conditions and resources necessary for the project. You will also work closely with the commercial team to ensure profitability and competitiveness of bids.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience as an Estimator within the social housing sector, demonstrating a strong track record in pricing refurbishments and building safety projects. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role offering a mix of office-based and remote working. The salary for this position is up to £65,000 dependent upon experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
