Our client a Global real estate provider are currently recruiting for an Estates Administrator to join their team based in Leeds. You will be assisting in managing a high volume of Framework instructions and report into the project lead to assist with day to day coordination.
Roles/Responsibilities:
• Developing / streamlining existing reporting methods & procedures.
• Recording and monitoring all new instructions / opportunities and tracking work in progress.
• Monitoring progress of instructions against deadlines / KPI’s.
• Preparing and issuing fee quotes based on schedules of standard rates.
• Managing the clients portfolio database / property information.
• Managing internal files, keeping these up to date with all new data / reports produced for the client.
• Obtaining updates from the national team to prepare and populate monthly client update reports.
• Raising invoices to the client team.
• Arranging access to sites for inspections.
• Diary management for the Project teams to programme instructions / calls etc.
• Managing day to day queries and liaising between Surveyors and client teams, ensuring lines of communication are followed.
Skills/Experience:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Minimum 3 years administrative experience, preferably in a building consultancy organisation.
• DBS check will be required
This is a part time role and will be 22.5 hours a week over 5 days and initially start as a 12 month fixed term contract.
