We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established social housing provider for a qualified and experienced Electrician to join their team on a permanent basis. This varied role covers repairs, maintenance, and void property works, offering a stable and rewarding career in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical repairs and fault diagnostics in tenanted properties
• Maintenance and upgrades across housing stock
• Electrical installations and safety checks in void properties
• Periodic inspection and testing in line with current regulations
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and NICEIC requirements
• Accurate completion of job records and certification

Essential Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in domestic or social housing environments
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload

Desirable:

• 2391 or equivalent testing and inspection qualification
