Job Description: Electrical Supervisor

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation projects
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
• Manage a team of electricians and subcontractors
• Schedule and oversee the completion of electrical tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on-site

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans

Education:

Relevant electrical qualifications or apprenticeship

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role

Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of UK electrical regulations
• Proficient in using electrical testing equipment
• Problem-solving abilities
• Organisational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Health and Safety certification
• Project management qualifications

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced construction environment, occasional travel to project sites required
