Electrical Project Manager – Permanent – West Midlands – circa £45,000 – £50,000

AndersElite are recruiting for a Electrical Project Manager for a successful building services contractor, based in the West Midlands.

This is a permanent position, available pre Christmas 2021 or from January 2022 onwards and will offer a salary, depending on experience of approximately £45,000 to £50,000 per annum plus benefits, including company car package, pension, health plan and phone.

Reporting into the directors, the selected candidate will be required to oversee electrical services installations on new build and refurbishment projects, usually in the commercial, industrial, education and healthcare sectors.

Typical projects will range in value from £100k up to £1m in electrical services value, so applicants should have proven experience as the overall electrical lead on projects of this size in relevant commercial and industrial building environments.

This is an office based role (Stourbridge) overseeing projects generally in the Midlands but occasionally further afield on a national basis.

The Electrical Project Manager will be fully responsible for the running of projects from inception through to completion, assisting on design and project planning, overseeing site installation, as well as all cost control and commercial management.

This position is now available due to expansion, with applications welcome from candidates who are either immediately available or serving a notice period with their current employer.

It is advantageous for candidates to possess a degree / HNC in Building Services or any other technical qualifications, including SMSTS / SSSTS / CSCS for site management, although all applicants will be judged primarily on their previous experience.
