Job Title: Electrical Projects Manager
Location: Inchinnan Scotland

Job Summary:

As a ElectricalProjects Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing Electrical projects in the Inchinnan area. This role requires a high level of expertise in Electrical engineering, project management, and some knowledge of mechanical systems and services. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of projects while adhering to safety, quality, and timeline standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
Oversee the execution of electrical projects.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Resource Management:

Manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, ensuring their efficient utilization.
Procure necessary materials, equipment, and services for project execution.
Technical Expertise:

knowledge of MEP services to troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
Proactively address any project-related issues that may arise during the execution phase.
Quality Assurance:

Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.
Safety Compliance:

Prioritize safety on all project sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
Promote a culture of safety among project teams.
Client Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and addressing their concerns.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Budget and Cost Control:

Monitor project expenditures and manage the budget effectively.
Seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports, budgets, and change orders.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Projects Manager.
Knowledge of regulations and industry standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Safety-conscious mindset.
Experience:

This position is a long-term contract with an expected duration of over 6 months
Compensation and benefits will be discussed during the interview process but will be in the region of £320+ per day.
