Electrical Design Engineer - York - Permanent - circa £35,000 - 40,000 per annum

AndersElite are recruiting for an Electrical Design Engineer on behalf of a premier building services consultancy based in York.

This is a permanent role created by an increase in workload, working independently to produce design layouts for electrical installations projects of varying values from £300k - £3m in value.

Candidates should have experience in the commercial sector, previously working on projects such as hotels, apartments, student accommodation, modular builds and mixed-use developments.

They should also have experience of AutoCAD, Relux and either Hevacomp or Trimble electrical calculation software packages.

This is a role based out of our clients York office, with site visits across the North of England and further afield as required, attending client meetings to liaise on design issues.

Ideally candidates would have a formal qualification to HNC / HND or degree level although applicants with significant practical experience will be considered.

This position is available to commence late 2020 or new year 2021 depending on the successful candidate's availability or notice period.

Remuneration is negotiable depending on experience circa £35,000 - 40,000 per annum, with an attractive benefits package in addition.
