Electrical Associate

Are you a senior engineer looking for that next step into a leadership position? Or are you an established director with electrical design skills looking to work for an UK leading consultancy firm?

The right candidate will be used to leading design projects from conception to handover from either a consultants or contractor prospective.

The Role
• Validating and conducting site surveys and meetings depending on the project
• Leading a team of engineers on a range of commercial projects
• Liaising with clients, architects, sub-contractors ensuring accurate designs are produced
• In depth knowledge of electrical infrastructure (lighting, security systems, small power, LV etc)
• Help develop more junior members of the team
• Ensure high quality service is delivered to clients
• Keeping on top of commercial changes within the industry

Expectations
• 5-8 years running own projects in a senior/principal level role
• Degree in an electrical/building services related subject
• Ability to run projects independently as well as part of a group
• Experience of leading and conducting design meetings
• Seeing opportunities to develop business as they arise
• Chartered status (desirable)
