In this role, you will be the authority for:
- Building Information Modelling (BIM)
- Driving and supporting the use of digital information
- ensuring compliance with industry standards, company policy and meeting client requirements
- Ensuring that Employers Information Requirements and Asset Information Requirements are responded to and delivered across projects
- Ensuring that the BIM Execution Plan has been produced and maintained for the projects
We are looking for an individual who is an effective communicator and able to build positive working relationships, internally/externally across all levels of management. You will also have experience with IFC and COBie, as well as Solibri experience. A collaborative approach is key, working closely with internal and external teams to get the right result.
You will have the opportunity to input into wider group activities, promoting best practice and sharing of knowledge. Reporting progress and highlighting any risk to senior managers to ensure support is given to achieve accelerated adoption of digital construction techniques.
