Development Surveyor required for a luxury residential developer who have been established in and around London for 20 years. In the market place they have one of the best names in the industry. Their projects are all bespoke large luxury housing projects

Job requirements include:
* Commercial management
* Detailed understanding of project budgets and costs
* Support in the delivery of budgeted profit margins
* Effective main / trade contractor procurement and management
* Understanding of the contract
* Detailed knowledge and adherence to Company Quality Control procedures (TQM)

We are looking for the following candidate
* HND and QS degree
* 5 or more years full time experience in the construction industry as a QS
* Large Residential Developer experience
* Procurement, contract administration / package management experience
* Reporting into a site based Senior QS
