Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Key responsibilities will involve:
- Preparing, organizing, and processing documents for data entry.
- Confirming receipt of data and maintaining a log.
- Transcribing source data and entering it into a CRM.
- Converting information from paper formats into digital files using various methods such as keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
- Regularly refreshing the system's data following interactions, collaborations, or any form of communication, ensuring this is a collective team effort.
- Distributing information to stakeholders through a CRM, including newsletters and meeting invitations.
- Maintaining efficiency by periodically checking the system and exploring methods to enhance system efficiency.
- Addressing system-related inquiries.
- Ensuring team members are kept abreast of any new training or updates regarding the system.
- Discussing the system's performance in meetings and identifying actionable points for improvement.
- Adapting to additional responsibilities as required by the team dynamics.
- Availability for meetings beyond regular working hours, such as for public information events when necessary.
