Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our small, friendly team in Tytherington. As a leading Financial Adviser firm, we specialise in helping clients secure Protection Insurance coverage in situations where health or occupation factors may present challenges.
Responsibilities:
• Process applications with insurers efficiently and accurately
• Maintain up-to-date and compliant records
• Utilise CRM systems to record and manage data effectively
• Act as a liaison between clients, insurers, and GP surgeries
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Requirements:
• Prior experience working for a Life Assurance company or another financial adviser firm is desirable
• Medical knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
