Customer Service Advisor
Temporary to Permanent
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in the Birmingham office.
The client is one of the leading construction and infrastructure companies in the industry.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling enquiries and complaints, which consist of writing out to members of the public, residents, MP's, and Councillors.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in letter writing and complaint handling is highly advantageous
• Strong literacy and writing skills
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficient in using computer systems and databases
Location: Birmingham
Days of Work: Monday to Friday
Hours of Work: 7am - 3:30pm or 8am - 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
Hybrid: 3 days working from home, 2 days working in the office
Duration- 3-4 months (temp to perm)
Please note that this is not a telephony role, and the candidate will have two weeks of training, which will be held in the office.
Salary and benefits:
• £12.56–£13.50 per hour (depending on experience) Umbrella or PAYE pay only
• Overtime is available once the person has passed accreditation (which can take anything from 6 to 8 weeks).
