Customer Service Administrator

£13.50 to £14.50 depending on experience
3 month contract (possibility of extension)
- Full-time role and fully office based, working 08:00- 17:00 with 1 hour lunch. You need to be comfortable commuting daily to the office
- Must be eligible to pass a basic DBS check prior to start date
Fantastic opportunities available for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy Housing Maintenance team for a well-respected construction company on a contract assignment. Your role will be key to supporting the delivery of planned maintenance & repair solutions for various clients. You will be providing support to customers, colleagues, subcontractors & operatives, the client, and the residents of the houses managed by the companies clients.
In this role, you will be point of contact for queries including the helping of scheduling Engineers and Subcontractors and allocating work orders to ensure completion of works within service level agreements. You will ensure queries are dealt with or passed onto relevant parties promptly, efficiently and with the highest level of customer service possible.
We are looking for someone with some knowledge of & experience in similar industries to housing maintenance, construction, or facilities management; customer service/helpdesk background is essential! You must possess a great attitude towards work with a flexible approach and be proficient with MS packages.
