Contracts Manager Vacancy - Leading housing developer - Yorkshire based

I am currently working on an exclusive basis with a leading housing developer in West Yorkshire who are looking for Contracts Manager to join their senior management team.

This role is covering the whole Yorkshire region out of their Leeds office and you'll be responsible for multiple projects of new build housing for both open market sale and social housing / housing assocaition contract work.

The client is looking for an established contracts manager who can hit the ground running and take up a couple of existing sites and bring on stream new ones moving into late 2021 and 2022.

You will have a background working for well known housing developers and be used to working under pressure and ensuring that your team deliver quality products in line with specification and NHBC requirements.

You ideally will come from a trades background and have run sites for volume developers historically.
