Contracts Manager required to join a busy Facades specialist on a temp to perm basis.

Our client have an experienced team within the facades sector, who have a wide range of knowledge gathered over a number of years in both subcontracting and principal contracting and have skills ranging across the whole envelope of the building. Working alongside highly trained designers and installation teams, the team take pride in delivering excellence on challenging schemes that form the core of their projects.

The ideal candidate will
have a strong background within the building envelope/externals sector, we a focus on facade remediation
Be familiar with the various stages of Facade design
Be commercially astute
Have experience working on a main contract basis.
Have experience using Fieldview and Asta systems
Have multi-site experience, as well as experience managing multiple teams

The role will involve covering various locations, based out of head office in West London, and acting as the direct report for each locations site teams (PMs). The role itself will report into the Operations manager.

SMSTS
UK Driving Licence
