Southern based main contractor client seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team on a permanent basis to oversee projects across the commercial, healthcare and education sectors. The business is seeking individuals with a passion for the built environment to join their fast paced, growing team and assist in overseeing the delivery of multiple construction projects across the south of England. 

Are you a Project Manager looking for a step up or a Contracts Manager seeking a move? 

Additional experience of the following will be required:- 

Ability to manage multiple projects from £500k to £5m in value

Understanding construction industry cost models and D&B procedures

Management of sub-contractors and H&S from inception through to completion 

Coordinating design, planning and operations teams to execute the smooth delivery projects 

Client and stakeholder interface within the sectors above 

Qualifications required:- 

CSCS

SMSTS 

First Aid 

Relevant Construction degree qualification would be desirable.  

Package:-

Competitive salary on offer between £70,000-£80,000 dependent upon experience 

Company Car/Travel allowance
