Job Title: Contracts Manager
Type: Permanent
Location: Northwest Region
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum + car allowance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a reputable regional contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple new build and refurbishment projects across the Northwest region, within Education, Leisure, and Housing sectors.
This role will involve site and office-based duties with the flexibility to orientate your schedule to your preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the direction of each project ensuring the clients specifications are met.
• Collaborating with clients, sub-contractors, and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Managing project documentation and ensuring it is accurate and up to date.
• Maintaining good relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Manage labourers, site managers, subcontractors and coordinate the works.
• Ensuring that all key deadlines are achieved.
• Ensuring full adherence and compliance with Health and Safety
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Proven experience in managing new build and refurbishment projects in Education and Leisure sectors across the Northwest region.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel across the Northwest region as required.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of very few contractors registered as a Chartered Building Company (CBC) and work on exciting new build and refurbishment projects across the Northwest region. The salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum plus car allowance.
