Permanent role for Contracts Manager now available.

Working for a Medium sized specialist contractor, you will act as the important link between the site teams and head office.

You will report directly to the MD of the company, and have 4/5 site managers working for you delivering projects on site. They are a stable team all with 5 years experience with the company.

Projects are generally £500k - £1m in value. The projects are generally small steel framed buildings & Brick/block office buildings.

Key expereince required as follows:

Experience in RAMS/ITP & ITR
Management of site based construction teams
Experience in programming and planning construction projects
Happy to be client facing
Experienced in building relationships that generate further business

The company are based in Greater Manchester, but you will be required to travel for this role. Workload at present is North West based with projects also in Wales and Cumbria. Mileage & Accomodation would be covered by the company if required.
