Contracts / Projects Manager Opportunity - Specialist Contractor - Externals / Facades 

I am currently working with a specialist contractor working in the externals / facades sector who are looking to appoint a contracts manager to join their team.  This role is a varied position and will require you to be involved with projects from tendering / enquiry stage through to project delivery and completion.

The client is currently experiencing a period of exponential growth and has a strong order book hence the need to bring in a senior level contracts manager.

The successful candidate will be a construction professional ideally with some experience of delivering externals / facade packages on major projects.  Any experience and knowledge of GRC cladding systems would be a benefit.

The role will cover everything from reviewing tender and contractual documentation, negotiating terms of business, assisting with submission of tenders and bids, planning and scheduling, overseeing the successful delivery of projects, quality control, project sign off and closing out.

You will have previously worked for a main contractor or specialist contractor and be a go-getter and have the ability to lead with minimal supervision and be part of growing team.

Projects will be across the country and some travel will be required.
