I am working on behalf of a leading Facilities and Maintenance firm with offices across the UK. Working with organisations in the Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric works delivering a high quality service for all of their clients.

They are recruiting for a Contract Support Administrator, this is to support and fulfill contract support and work order compliance activities relating to self-delivery and subcontracted services across statutory and non-statutory documentation.

Duties:
- Process GRN of material and vendors within KPIs
- Produce quotations for authorized in client formats and systems
- Supply quotation for approval to Sector Teams for approval
- Help manage an accurate online filing system for statutory certification
- Uploading of all certification and service sheets into an internal and external system
- Updating, uploading and checking of the clients online systems
- Assist with report generation for submission to the clients
- Work with technical leads to ensure the quality of certification
- Ensuring all relevant paperwork is documented and statutory compliance is achieved
- Utilize all tools provided to your advantage in support in your duties
- Completing any other reasonable requests from management
- Keeping up to date with latest information regarding systems, processes, policies, contracts and service level expectations in line with SLAs
- Make proactive outbound phone calls to engineers to ensure service levels are met in line with customer and company agreements
- Working closely with line manager by taking part in coaching and development sessions
- Handle, and where appropriate escalate complaints in line with company process

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work requirements
- Ability to communicate professionally in a clear and accurate manner with external and internal customers
- Excellent inter-personal and customer service skills
- Able to make effective decisions quickly
- Ability to multitask and practice workload
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to remain calm in difficult situations
- Experience of MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Experience of working on client management systems
- Ability to work to KPIs and deadlines
