A market leading provider of modular building construction with expertise in the HealthCare sector is seeking a goal orientated Construction manager to work closely with the Company project leaders on modular building projects across the UK. As such there will be regular travel across the UK in inspecting and tracking site progress and producing progress reports.
The role:
You will be reporting directly to the Board on all aspects of the project – technical, design, commercial, health & safety in ensuring efficient project deliverability. You will be required to liaise with other team members and assist the Director with all budgetary matters relating to the Healthcare department.
The projects are anticipated to continue the revolution of sustainable hospital developments and provides a unique opportunity for the Operations manager to be a major player in innovating construction within the healthcare sector.
Minimum requirements:
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects
simultaneously
• Experience within the Healthcare sector framework
is highly desirable
• Proactive in problem solving and be adept in
identifying commercial opportunities inclusive of cost
saving methods.
• Degree qualification
• Strong commercial acumen with a good practical
knowledge of identifying opportunities and
mitigating challenges in the modular building
construction market.
• Be up to date with modern technological trends/ programmes to aid the smooth operation of your duties.
