Construction Administrator - part-time, permanent (c3-4 days per week initially, flexible on days worked) - Kirkstall Road, Leeds. Salary negtioable but up to £25k per annum (pro-rata dependent on number of days worked).

Administrators support the smooth running of the office, carrying out clerical tasks and projects. This role is working closely with the commercial team of a construction company, dealing with general administration, including CIS, VAT returns, invoicing, subcontractor invoicing.

Other duties as an administrator in the construction industry, could be organising project meetings, typing up documents, responding to business enquiries, assisting with drawing up contracts and providing customer service. You are likely to be processing lots of information using a computer, so you'll need strong IT skills. Excellent communication skills are also important, to ensure the office operates efficiently.
