Excellent opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join a leading building and facilities management company on an initial 6-month contract based on site in South Buckinghamshire.

The Commercial Manager will manage all aspect of a PFI Healthcare project including planned and reactive works, payment mechanisms, contractual notices, contract compliance, disputes, life cycle works budget control and delivery.

The successful candidate for this role will have:

• Degree Qualification with relevant industry accreditation
• High level of business and commercial acumen
• A self-starter with a proven track record of success
• Excellent communication and people management skills
